Interizon holds the ECEI Bronze Label certification
Interizon has received the ECEI Bronze Label “Striving for Cluster Excellence”—a prestigious European quality label awarded to cluster management organizations that consciously and consistently strive to improve their management excellence. The certification was awarded following an independent benchmarking process conducted by experts from the European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA). The assessment covered key areas of the cluster’s operations, including organizational structure and governance, the financing model, the quality and scope of services for members, collaboration within the ecosystem, and the cluster’s achievements and recognition.

A patent attorney and expert in intellectual property protection and innovation development. She specialises in the preparation, implementation and finalisation of projects, including international ones, involving collaboration between multiple partners, as well as securing funding for R&D activities.
She gained her experience, amongst other things, in the local government administration of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, where she participated in the creation and implementation of policies supporting innovation and research and development activities. She has collaborated with businesses, universities and business support institutions, developing initiatives to strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem.
As a mentor in numerous accelerator programmes, she supports the development of start-ups and is also involved in working with students, helping them to develop their skills and translate ideas into concrete implementations.
She advises on commercialisation and the development of IP strategies, using her knowledge of new technologies and project experience to effectively bridge the gap between the worlds of science and business.
Maciej Król

He has built up his experience by coordinating complex projects for clients in Germany, the USA and Sweden. He specialises in the design and manufacture of electronic systems, possessing unique expertise in working with passive and active components. At WiRan, he focuses on strong motivation, excellent logistics and creating solutions that genuinely address the challenges of modern industry.rnrnIn his private life, Maciej is passionate about ultra-long-distance running, with a particular focus on demanding mountain runs. I graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at Gdańsk University of Technology, specialising in Electronic Medical Systems, and completed postgraduate Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies at Copenhagen Business School, the University of Antwerp and the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, as well as a course in Logistics Systems Management run by the Gdańsk School of Banking.rnrnI am a member of the Programme Council of the Regional Strategic Programme ‘Pomeranian Port of Creativity’, the ‘Metropolia’ Think Tank, the Council of the Pomeranian National Key ICT Cluster “Interizon”, the Working Groups of the National Smart Specialisations “Electronics and Photonics” and “Information, Communication and Geoinformation Technologies”, and the Council of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Smart Specialisation “Interactive Technologies in an Information-Rich Environment”.
Radosław Wika
Radosław Wika – Director of the Science and Technology Parks Department at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. He is responsible for developing the innovation ecosystem and supporting start-ups and technology companies through access to infrastructure, funding, expertise and business partnerships. He specialises in securing national and European funding and implementing projects that support the development of entrepreneurship, new technologies and research and development activities. On a day-to-day basis, he collaborates with businesses, universities and public administration to create conditions conducive to the development of innovative ventures. He coordinates acceleration programmes, initiatives supporting start-ups and R&D projects, helping young companies to scale up their operations, develop technologies and successfully bring solutions to market.
Łukasz Nowacki
Entrepreneur, manager, strategic advisor, Agile Coach, Sales Trainer, but above all a practitioner. Certified Programme Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager and Mentor in the Poland Prize and Google for Startups accelerator programmes. He currently serves as COO and Sales Director at Neoteric, a Gdańsk-based company specialising in the design and development of innovative digital and AI products. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in organisational development and change management. Since 2020, Łukasz has been providing strategic consultancy and advisory services to companies, helping them achieve success in the market. Since 2014, he has led numerous workshops on the implementation of modern technologies, the launch of new services and products, requirements analysis and engineering, as well as the implementation of artificial intelligence. As a consultant, he has collaborated with investment funds on the evaluation of new technologies. He has also gained experience by participating in accelerator programmes, where, as a mentor, he has supported start-ups from Argentina, Chile, Estonia, India, Ukraine and Armenia, advising them on operational management and organisational culture.
